Ohio Translation Services, LLC utilizes a Quality Assurance Program to ensure the highest level of translation services for our clients. We engage highly skilled translators who are required to be familiar with and implement our Quality Assurance Program. We also utilize certified translators as needed by our clients whenever available. We then closely monitor each project to ensure the highest level of quality.
Our Quality Assurance Program consists of the following steps to ensure we achieve the highest standards of quality for our clients:
- Creation of a glossary for your in-house linguists’ or distributors’ review;
- Translation by native-speaking, professionally-trained translators of the target languages, each of whom also specializes in your field or industry. Manage translators to facilitate that multilingual projects all work simultaneously;
- Consultation with bilingual industry specialists, if needed, to clarify terminology;
- Translation/Document Edit: Proofreading for spelling, punctuation and grammar;
- Formatting to correspond to the design of the source files as closely as possible;
- Multilingual desktop publishing (DTP) (if required);
- Final, post-layout proofing; and
