Our Quality Assurance Program consists of the following steps
to ensure we achieve the highest standards of quality for our

Creation of a glossary for your in-house linguists’ or
distributors’ review
Translation by native-speaking, professionally-trained
translators of the target languages, each of whom also
specializes in your field or industry. Manage translators to
facilitate that multilingual projects all work
simultaneously
Consultation with bilingual industry specialists, if needed,
to clarify terminology
Translation/Document Edit: Proofreading for spelling,
punctuation and grammar
Formatting to correspond to the design of the source files
as closely as possible

client’s information. Our linguists are bound by
confidentiality agreements to ensure the privacy of our
